Something wrong, or just want to tell us the game feels off?
We read everything and usually reply within a couple of days. If it is a bug, telling us your iPhone model and iOS version saves a round trip.
There is one control: the whole screen.
Hold through the bottom of a swing to pump for speed. Skim a rooftop without touching it for a near miss, and chain them for bonuses. The tutorial runs on your first go, and you can replay it any time from Settings.
Your ghost is your best run on today's route, and the route changes every day. So your first run of the day has no ghost — there is nothing recorded on that terrain yet — and from your second run onward you race yourself. If it is off screen, a white YOU marker at the edge shows how far ahead or behind it is.
Rivals. They are generated on your device from the same daily route you are playing — one usually ahead of you, one close, one just behind. They are not other people, and nothing about your play is uploaded or shared.
Yes. The button is at the top centre of the screen during a run. Resuming counts you back in and returns in slow motion, so you have time to find the next anchor.
Progress is saved on your device only — there is no account and no cloud save, so deleting the app deletes it. If iOS restored the app from a backup, the save may come back with it. If it vanished some other way, please write to us with your iPhone model and roughly when it happened.
Neither. Some cosmetics are marked Coming soon — those are placeholders for a future free update, not things you can buy.

Analytics and crash reporting are off unless you switch them on in Settings → Privacy. There is no account, no sign-in and no advertising.
If you want records deleted, open Settings → Privacy and copy the string under Your data ID, then email it to us. That ID is the only way we can find your records, because we know nothing else about you. It stays on that screen even after you switch collection off, so you can turn everything off first and still ask.

The game is one control and needs no precision beyond touch and release. Sound and haptics can each be switched off independently. If something about the game is hard to use, we would genuinely like to hear about it — that is the kind of message we act on fastest.
